IMT’s management team is comprised of proven leaders with a successful track record in their respective fields.

01. Bert Bedrosian, Chief Executive Officer

Bert is a well known CEO, business pioneer and global brand builder. Mr. Bedrosian currently operates businesses in six continents with his footprint resulting in distribution of his products and technologies in over 200 countries. Bert is known for his creativity, leadership, business acumen and his surfeit patents and inventions. These patents and inventions have contributed to advancements in cardiovascular procedure outcomes, telephony and geocoding technologies as well as security and digital patents that have made peoples lives safer and more efficient. 

Bert has also been responsible for the inception and growth of multiple well known global brands going back decades and currently enjoys partnerships with some of the worlds largest and most innovative companies.

02. David G. Rizik, MD, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. David Rizik currently serves as the following:

  • Director of Interventional Cardiology,Scottsdale Healthcare Hospitals
  • Associate Editor, Clinical Images Section, Journal of Interventional Cardiology

In 2018, the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (“SCAI”) recognized Dr. Rizik as a Master Interventional Cardiologist. SCAI is the main interventional cardiology fellowship body. The award selection process is extremely competitive and recognizes physicians for their contributions to the care of patients with heart disease, as well as innovations and research in the field of interventional cardiology.

03. Kevin Klassen, MD, Medical Advisor

Dr. Kevin Klassen currently serves as a Cardiologist and Medical Director for HonorHealth Heart Group. Dr. Klassen earned his BA of Molecular Biology at UC Berkley, his MD at UCLA, School of Medicine and went on to serve residencies at University of Colorado School of Medicine and Yale University.  Dr. Klassen completed his fellowship in Cardiology at Washington University / Barnes Hospital.

04. Andrew Shayne, Chief Financial Officer

During his 35-year career in investments and finance, Andrew Shayne has been instrumental in the origination, underwriting, structuring, placement, and investment of well over a billion USD in corporate finance transactions for private and publicly-listed companies. Mr. Shayne is currently a partner in some of the most iconic real estate holdings on the West Coast. Mr. Shayne is also a 30+ year CPA and expert at corporate finance and tax structure.

05. Bobby Klebanoff, SVP Business Operations

Bobby has developed and executed campaigns for some of the top names in sports and entertainment including Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, The Backstreet Boys, Super Bowl Champion and 3X Pro Bowler, Zach Ertz, USWNT World Cup Champion, Julie Ertz, and more. 

In addition, he has worked with many Fortune 500 companies including Nestle, Harman, Coca Cola, GM, Sony and more. He is known for creating and driving cutting edge, integrated campaigns for brands and artists to deliver the highest results, every time.

Most recently, he has worked with Bedrosian Global to develop a global streaming platform and successfully grew its footprint  in 256 global countries and territories with presences on all of the major mobile, web and television platforms.

06. Tracy Rose, Executive Vice President

Tracy Rose graduated from the University of Michigan from the School of Business, earning a degree in Finance. 

After graduating, Tracy went to work for the Vice President of Engineering at Ford Motor Company. She worked there until she was called by Bedrosian Communications to help run that company. 

Tracy then worked with Bert Bedrosian at Bedrosian Communications as his Chief Operating Officer with broad responsibilities in this company and as a principal in Goldstar Info, Guardtech Security, LeRun, Healthlink, and others. 

Working in concert with Bert Bedrosian in these companies, and with national and international companies such as, Cap Cities/ABC, MTV, Raleigh Bikes, Tracy demonstrated an outstanding talent for brand building, marketing, public relations, creative development, and organizational strategies and other management skills.
